Realco, one of the largest real estate developers in Vilnius, has launched a new project Go Life next to the Ozas Park. The four-building complex will accommodate a total of 275 apartments to meet the needs of young people and young families. Investments in the project will exceed EUR 18 million.

“We have adapted the project to a modern and active buyer looking for housing close to nature with well-developed city’s infrastructure at hand. Our new project is being developed next to the 9-hectare Ozas Park; the residents will also have quick access to various shopping, service and entertainment facilities – Ozas shopping mall, Vichy Water Park, Delfi Sports Centre, Avia Solutions Group Arena, Compensa Concert Hall. Those who do not own cars can easily reach the city centre and other parts of the city by both public transport and bicycle,” says Julius Dovidonis, CEO of Realco.

The Go Life project is being developed on 1.08 ha land lot on the intersection of Gerulaičio and Ozo streets, near the main traffic arteries of this part of the city – Kalvarijų and Geležinio Vilko streets. The new project created by the architectural firm Unitectus consists of four interconnected 8-storey buildings.

They will accommodate a total of 275 one–four room apartments with floor area varying from 28 to 89 square metres. The lowest price of an apartment in this complex is EUR 57,600.

The surrounding territory will offer green spaces, children’s playgrounds, and recreational areas. The complex will have an above-ground parking lot with 93 parking spaces and an underground parking lot with 108 parking spaces for the residents.

According to Mr. Dovidonis, although the Go Life project is not widely advertised, the company has already received a lot of attention from the buyers: as soon as early sale of the new apartments was announced, people started making reservations and signing contracts.

In developing the Go Life project, Realco continues pursuing its vision of developing comfortable housing that makes the city look better: the company will revive the abandoned territory near the future buildings. The latter is part of the historical course of Neris. There are two small lakes in the territory which Realco intends to clean up. The company will clean out the surrounding areas, create footpaths and transform this area into yet another green oasis in the neighbourhood.

“Green oases, such as the ancient floodplain of Neris that is adapted to the needs of the residents, are valuable for several reasons. Natural areas maintain a better microclimate in the city, clean the air, and the people living nearby have the opportunity to relax in nature without leaving the city,” says Dėja Želvienė, landscape architect for the Go Life project. – The Go Life project is based on the desire to preserve natural assets as much as possible; therefore, the natural riverside will remain untouched and recreational areas will be integrated. Plants that improve water quality will be planted along the riverside and natural flowering meadows will cover the slopes.”

The company has also committed to contribute to the expansion of the capital’s bicycle path network – it plans to build one more bicycle path.

Realco has dedicated a lot of attention to the improvement of infrastructure while developing other residential projects in the capital city as well. A few years ago, during the implementation of the Linkmenų Ežerai project in Šnipiškės, the company cleaned up shores of the lake located in the neighbourhood. The company also cleaned up the surrounding territory of the Ozas Park.

It is planned that the residents of Go Life will receive their keys in the third quarter of 2022.

The real estate developer Realco currently has the largest selection of properties in Vilnius – nearly 700 apartments. In Markučiai neighbourhood, Realco is developing the Prie Vilnelės project. It has recently launched the second phase of the 7 Vakarai project in Pašilaičiai, and soon it will start the development of the Algirdas 3 prestigious housing project.
