“Sapiegos klinika”, one of the fastest growing dermatology clinics in Vilnius, will open its third branch in the capital. The new clinic will be located in the “Hero” business centre, which will open in Q3 2025.

"The “Sapiegos klinika“ will be located on the ground floor of the building and will occupy an area of about 350 square metres. The new unit will offer a comprehensive range of services, from medical consultations to cutting-edge dermatology solutions. It will feature an advanced three-dimensional whole-body scanning system, allowing for high-precision identification of melanoma risk. "To our knowledge, this will be the first such unit in Lithuania, while abroad it is mostly used in university clinics," says Kristina Budnikienė, Head of “Sapiegos klinika”.

In 2022, the “Financial Times” listed “Sapiegos klinika” among the TOP 1000 fastest growing companies in Europe. The rapid growth is the result of the business strategy - the most innovative laser technologies, the most professional dermatologists and sustainable development. Therefore, the growth spurt was natural. "For our third clinic in Vilnius, we have chosen the “Hero” business centre, whose concept is close to the values of our clinic. We were looking for a location that would be unique and reflect a modern approach to human health," says K. Budnikienė.

Indrė Juščė, Head of Office Solutions at “Newsec”, who coordinated the lease negotiation process, notes that the parallels and similarities between the “Hero” business centre and “Sapiegos klinika” were immediately apparent, so the dialogue was quick and smooth.

"Realco”, the company developing the “Hero” business centre, shares similar values and priorities with “Sapiegos klinika”, focusing on the environment, sustainability, human well-being and health. Innovative solutions and sustainable growth are key features of both “Hero” and “Sapiegos Klinika," says I. Juščė.

"We want our future business centre tenants to receive the highest quality services and to be as close to people as possible. That is why we continue to work purposefully and add to the basket of services for the people who will work in the business centre. We are delighted that a medical and beauty services company providing advanced medical services, which is very well matched in terms of quality and ideas, will join the “Hero” health community," concludes Gintarė Žemaitė, Head of Commercial Real Estate Development at “Realco”.

Currently, there are two “Sapiegos klinika” branches in the capital city: in Antakalnis and Paupys, and another one with an exclusive concept will open in Kaunas at the end of this year. The company employs more than 50 professional dermatologists and specialists who offer more than 400 laser dermatology and aesthetic medicine services, ranging from the diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and hair loss to the laser removal of lesions, erythema, acne, and scars.

Both the 14th and 15th floor buildings of the new “Hero” business centre are now complete. They are now being fitted with facades, parking lots, reinforced concrete staircases and internal engineering networks.

More than €50 million have been invested in the project so far. The A-class business centre offers almost 32,000 sqm of leasable space. "Hero” will be characterised by a very healthy working environment and a sustainable building lifecycle, both of which have been developed in accordance with the world-class “BREEAM Excellent” and “WELL Gold” standards. The latter has not yet been implemented in the Baltic States, and Hero is expected to be the first to achieve this certification.

The first tenants of the business centre include “NooN”, a daily lunch restaurant, and “Eureka”, an early childhood education school.
