The Palms Marbella project will offer three luxury villa residences of exceptional size and unique design. The 5-star Marbella Club hotel and the Puente Romano resort with its yacht and motorboat marinas, gourmet restaurants, renowned beach clubs, exclusive shops, tennis courts and golf clubs are just a few minutes’ drive away.

The luxury villas will be situated on a site of 35 ares. Each 700 m² villa will offer 5-6 bedrooms and 6-7 bathrooms, with the latest sound, image and climate control systems and lighting solutions ensuring maximum comfort for residents and their guests. An important feature of the residence is an especially spacious and elegant living room with panoramic windows that will allow residents to take in the natural light and mesmerising view of the generous pool and verdant garden. Each villa will come with its own terrace and open-air kitchen, dining area and entertainment as well as leisure space. Another terrace that opens up views to the mountains and sea has been designed on the rooftop, which will also feature a pool and bar area.

The spacious underground floor below each villa will accommodate three cars as well as bicycles or a motorbike. The underground level is also dedicated to entertainment with its home gym, bar, wine cellar, gamesroom and home cinema. All floors will be elevator-accessible.

Construction of the Palms Marbella villa complex will begin in March of 2024 and is set for completion in June of 2025. The opportunity to enjoy luxury living next to the world’s most famous will cost its future owners upwards of 6.5 million euros.
