Your Park

The company Realco, the developer of 60 ha territory, pays particular attention to the environment formation. There is a park of 9 ha in the southern part, while there is the Ozas slope, formed by glaciers and covered with the forest, which is considered to be a unique consequent of natural processes.

In cooperation with Forrec Ltd., the Canadian design and planning company specializing in the design of themed attractions, entertainment and environments, the authors of the entire project sought to create a natural park with the incorporated environment formed in the ice age.

The park will have the following exceptional features:

space and nature – the residents as well as all inhabitants and guests of Vilnius will enjoy spending their time in the green park of 9 ha.

water activities – the small lakes in the park will provide a wide range of activities – from fishing in summer to ice – skating in winter;

leisure activities – pedestrian paths constructed in the park will invite for walking or jogging, whereas bicycle lanes will be great for cycling, and there will be special facilities constructed for roller – skating and basketball. The park will be particularly attractive for families with children as a sports and leisure zone is being planned on the western part of the park, where children and adults will be able to spend their free time in a safe environment.
