Stages of Construction

Development of the Ozo Park as settlement consists of several stages. During the first two stages 4 five-storey apartment buildings will be constructed next to the green park of 9 ha. During the third stage in the neighbourhood of other two buildings will be constructed: a five-storey building and a nine-storey building. In the future the Ozo Park as settlement will continue to grow on the western part of the territory, where only five-storey apartment buildings will be constructed.  

The Stage 1 construction works will be completed by December 2008. During the initial stage 119 apartments will be constructed. During the Stage 2, which is planned to end by May 2009, two more apartment buildings will be constructed with a total of 283 apartments. The Stage 3 of the development of the settlement will commence in spring of 2008.
