Partial Finishing
Foundations
Ferroconcrete posts and monolithic ferroconcrete grillage.
Supporting Structure
Brick masonry with prefabricated overlay slabs.
External Walls, Facades
Brick masonry insulated with rockwool. Ventilated façade finishing made from stone mass, finishing slabs, and painted plaster.
Internal Walls and Partitions
Walls between apartments will be constructed from bricks and plastered. Inter-apartment partitions will ensure the Class C sound insulation of the building.
Partitions inside apartments will be constructed using two layers of gypsum cardboard fixed onto a metal framework with a rockwool filling in between.
Overlays and Ceilings
Prefabricated ferroconcrete overlay slabs with voids.
Roof
Superposed (flat), thermally insulated with rockwool. The roof will have internal rainwater drainage system.
Windows and Windowsills
Apartments will have plastic windows with a glass package. One of the panes will be selective. Each room will have one opening, which will be able to open in two directions.
Doors
Entry doors will be steel-clad doors with insulation filling, covered in a wood-shavings board. The doors will have two locks and an “eye”.
Floors
The whole apartment (except for the bathroom) will have a concrete leveling base with sound insulation. The flooring system guarantees the acoustic Class C of the building. The bathroom will be hydroinsulated.
Balconies and Terraces
Balcony flooring includes a concrete leveling base on a hydroinsulated ferroconcrete slab. Painted metal rails will be mounted. Balcony floors will be covered in stone mass tiles. Terraces will be reveted in blocks and light-structure partitions will be mounted.
Heating
Heating for the building is supplied from the central heating network via heating station located in the basement of the building. Apartments will have distributor manifolds in boxes. Pipelines connecting the manifold with heating equipment will be made from plastic pipes with anti-diffusion coating. Apartment heating equipment will consist of white steel bottom-connected radiators with thermostatic valves. Staircases will have side-connected radiators. A partitioned heat accounting system will be installed. Bathrooms will have no water-heated coil pipes, but a mounting box for an electric coil pipe socket will be installed.
Ventilation
Constant air circulation in the residential premises will be ensured by a manually adjustable grating and a microventilation grating mounted at the top of windows. Ventilation ducts will be installed for forced climate ventilation in bathroom and kitchen areas.
Sewerage
Household sewerage stands will be installed. Pipelines will be constructed up to bathrooms.
Water Supply
Apartment buildings will be connected to main networks of the city. Cold and hot water stands will be installed in apartment buildings. Hot water will be heated in heating stations installed in basements. Pipelines will be constructed up to bathrooms. Cold and hot water counters will be installed.
Electricity
Counters for electricity consumed in common premises will be installed. Each apartment will have an electric switchboard with all necessary automatic switches. The necessary electric wires and hidden distribution and mounting boxes will be installed in each apartment.
The number of mounting boxes for electric sockets and switches as well as the number of light sources will be as provided in a project.
Low Voltage
Low voltage networks (TV, telephone, Internet) distribution board will be installed. PVC installation pipes will be installed from this board. Communication-door opening equipment (domophone) will be installed. Apartments will have fire alarms. Security alarm cables will be installed in the premises on the first floor (house 2A, 1st floor) in accordance with the technical project.
Staircases
Staircases will be fully finished. Internal wall will be finished with painted decorative plaster, segmental, acoustic, in places daubed and painted ceilings. Illumination and heating equipment will be installed. Stairs will be constructed from prefabricated concrete flights. Landings will be covered in stone mass tiles. Metal rails will be painted. External staircase access doors will have coded local communications equipment. A domophone and automatic parking lot entry gate opening equipment will be installed.
Elevators
Each staircase will have an elevator with the lifting capacity of 675 kg. Elevator doors will be made from polished stainless steel. Elevator floor will be made out of rubber. Elevators will have figured stainless steel walls and plastic ceilings. Each elevator will have illumination equipment, a mirror, and an armrest.
Landscaping
Landscaping works will be completed. Playgrounds will be constructed and benches will be fixed. Streets will be covered in asphalt-concrete and pavements will be paved in blocks. The territory will be planted over with greenery, street and yard illumination equipment and other elements will be installed. Landscaping works, including neatening of small natural lakes, will also be performed in the nearby park.
Underground Parking Lots
Walls of the underground parking lot will be made of ferroconcrete and brickwork, without plaster. Ceilings will be made of ferroconcrete slabs, floors will be covered in concrete. Car parking spaces will be separated by lines and numbered. Over-plaster electric installation and illumination equipment will be installed.
