Location

The location of the apartment buildings settlement Ozo Park as one of the most promising areas of the city. The area of 60 hectares belongs to the Verkių District and is surrounded by Ozo, Kalvarijų, and Geležinio Vilko streets. The new district is being developed next to the city center will be great for families aiming at the two seemingly incompatible things: on the one hand,  proximity to the city center and, on the other hand, green and spacious settlement. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the city center by car, while the park of 9 ha with 4 small lakes will offer a great refuge from the noise of the city.
