Realco Launched Earthworks in Ozo Park
Realco launched earthworks in the territory of the future settlement of apartment houses, Ozo Parkas. The project of four five-level residential dwellings implemented in Vilniaus pramogų parkas is planned to be finalized in the second half of 2008.
Conveniently designed houses, underground parking, and playgrounds in the yard will create a cosy, insular from the street, and safe environment in Ozo parkas. Its functionally planned apartments will allow the possibility to create and outfit a greater number of rooms, as well as various size balconies, spacious terraces and verandas in the houses.
The dwellings are being “raised” in the lap of a thoroughly trimmed nature preserve, with a 9 ha green park to be developed in the neighbourhood, and four small natural lakes restored to a new life.
