UAB Realco is a company developing large scale real estate projects. The company is working in the Lithuanian and foreign markets. It has been formed by joining the experience in the field of real estate business, which has been accumulated during more than a decade by the ICOR of companies, successful traditions of this business, and professional specialists in this field.

UAB Realco is developing commercial and administrative real estate objects, constructing residential houses, and is buying land plots. Specialists of the company prepare projects, obtain the necessary approvals, and work with prospective tenants and buyers. Realco is working in the largest Lithuanian cities, including Vilnius, Kaunas, and Klaipėda. It is also working abroad, in Sankt Peterburge (Russia).
